Position Overview

The Store Operations Leader will be tasked with engaging the team, ensuring a high standard of customer interaction, and achieving sales goals while maintaining the operational integrity of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead sales initiatives and meet performance metrics,
  2. Collaborate with the team to maintain store presentation in accordance with company standards,
  3. Manage scheduling to guarantee excellent customer service,
  4. Provide training for new and existing staff to ensure understanding of product knowledge and operational procedures,
  5. Conduct inventory assessments,
