About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team based in Parramatta NSW. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating recovery and rehabilitation for individuals experiencing injury, illness, or disability.

Your clinical expertise will support individuals in regaining independence, improving quality of life, and reintegrating into the community and workforce. You will work closely with clients, families, insurance companies, employers, and healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace, Ergonomic, and Activities of Daily Living assessments.
  • Develop and implement whole-of-person rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • A current driver's license and access to own transport are necessary.
  • Australian working rights are required.
