Job Overview

As a dedicated Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. Your passion for education and commitment to excellence will be the driving force behind our collaborative and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive network of educators who share a common goal.
  2. Design and implement engaging early learning programs that reflect current best practices and adapt to the needs of tomorrow.
  3. Document and share children's progress with families, ensuring they are informed and invested in their child's development.
  4. Contribute to the implementation and adoption of our comprehensive Guardian Curriculum.

You will enjoy working closely with fellow Educators and Centre Manager to achieve our shared purpose.

Requirements
  • A completed Certificate III (or currently working towards).
  • Previous experience in long day-care settings.
  • Sound, practical knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
