Job Opportunity: Training Officer

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to join our team as a Training Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering training programs to new and existing staff to achieve client and contact centre objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate, deliver and support classroom-style training programs
  • Use your administrative skills to support the smooth operation of training and planning
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of training and any issues relevant to on-time delivery
  • Conduct observation, evaluation and assessment of candidate's learning outcomes and test results
  • Support new starters and coaches with consolidation training
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert IV in training and assessment or equivalent
  • Passion and experience in supporting others to learn and develop
  • Understanding of contact centre operations (preferable)
  • Ability to be available to meet a training schedule in the office
  • Establish and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence
  • Eligibility to work for State Government (with appropriate working rights)
