Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care is at the heart of our approach to nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide individualized care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to drive collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to advocate for and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
