Lead a Regional Performance Team

This role offers an opportunity to drive regional success by providing strategic direction and expert guidance to a diverse team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will deliver key initiatives, shape operational strategies, refine policies and processes, and champion cultural initiatives that support business objectives.

In addition, you will:

  • Ensure regional bulk water systems, industrial pipelines, and irrigation systems are managed and operated in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Deliver operational services in a sustainable and transparent manner that meets or exceeds corporate objectives and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with asset related requirements including dam safety.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with regional operations and infrastructure.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in bulk water infrastructure, industrial pipelines, irrigation systems, or a closely related sector.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in management, engineering, business, or project management are highly desirable.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and relocation assistance. You will be based at Goondiwindi or Chinchilla.
