Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our manufacturing team as a Process Worker.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including operating machinery, conducting manual handling, learning product processes, preparing ingredients and general cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to pump raw milk and distribute treated product throughout the factory
  • Conduct manual handling tasks to add additives into products, place them in treatment machines and carry shelves of high quality cheese to store in racks
  • Learn the process for each variety of cheese which includes the temperature storage of each product
  • Prepare and mix ingredients for current and future demands
  • General cleaning tasks to maintain a very hygienic facility
