Artisan Pasta Manufacturer

  • We are seeking a skilled artisan to produce high-quality pasta in a friendly environment.
About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently producing high-quality pasta, working independently and as part of a small team, and demonstrating good hygiene and presentable appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pasta production
  • Operating commercial pasta making equipment
  • Following HACCP food safety and quality standards
  • Testing and recording of product samples
  • Packaging pasta, stock rotation, monitoring inventory
  • Cleaning and sanitizing
  • Picking, packing and labeling of wholesale and online orders
  • Occasional deliveries

Training is provided, and experience in the food service or manufacturing industry is preferred but not necessary.

Requirements
  • Skilled artisan with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to follow HACCP food safety and quality standards
  • Familiarity with commercial pasta making equipment
  • Ability to lift 25kg
