Clinical Care Manager


As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be working collaboratively with our leadership team to deliver high-quality care services. Your primary responsibility will be to lead your team, providing them with motivation and continuous development to perform their duties effectively.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that every resident's clinical care needs are met and maintained in line with care planning and industry standards. This includes undertaking resident assessments, case conferencing, and accurate completion of relevant documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff
  • Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing in line with standards
  • Accurate completion, review, and updating of relevant documentation
  • Motivation, training, and development of clinical team members
  • Ensure compliance and quality indicators are met

Skill Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
  • Up-to-date working knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
