Program Director for Home Care Services

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the development and delivery of high-quality home care services to older adults in the Echuca community.
This is a key leadership role that will involve managing a team, developing service strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care, business development, and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective service strategies to meet the needs of our clients
- Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on service performance and quality
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in management or related field
- Sound knowledge of aged care and business development principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practice in assessment, care planning, and service delivery
- Experience in working within a team environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
