About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Lizard Island Resort, a 5-star property located on the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a modern, a la carte kitchen, with a focus on South East Asian or Indian style cuisine.
