People Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Business Partner to join our Sourcing and Supply Chain team at the Country Road Group.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the people agenda across Sourcing & Supply Chain within the Country Road Group.
Key Responsibilities- Partnering with Leaders: Collaborate with Sourcing & Supply Chain leadership to shape people solutions and priorities in support of the business area strategy.
- Building Management Capability: Provide coaching and guidance to managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coaching and Supporting Leaders: Offer guidance and support to leaders on people topics and issues, including interpretation of industrial instruments and escalation to the Employee Relations team when required.
- Collaboration with COE Teams: Work with the Centre of Excellence teams to ensure fit-for-purpose people solutions.
- Executing Performance Processes: Lead the execution of cyclical Performance, engagement, remuneration, and talent processes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data insights and knowledge to inform people interventions that align with the business strategy and the broader People plan.
- Commercial Objectives: Balance commercial objectives with the needs of our people to create an engaging team experience.
- People Initiatives: Shape and deliver people initiatives for continuous improvement that support the broader Sourcing and Supply Chain people plan.
