The Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced chef to join our team as a kitchen supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in menu planning and preparation">
  • Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring food quality is maintained">
  • Working closely with the Director to plan menus and coordinate activities">
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment">
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations">

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)">
  • 3 years of work experience in a similar role">
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines">
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment">
