We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Rehab Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based workplace rehabilitation and health solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage injured workers to determine the best course of rehabilitation and return-to-work strategy.
  • Conduct workplace visits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification to insurers through comprehensive report writing.
  • Educate workplaces on best practices for injury prevention and management.
  • Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and a tertiary degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes and a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to think innovatively and bring new ideas to the table.
