In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day at IPAR. You will be part of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your key duties will include:
- Case management, focusing on manageable caseloads and the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for our clients
- Collaborating with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal results
- Completing various assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
This role offers flexibility, with the option to be based from our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices, and travel across the North East region and these offices is expected as part of the role. You will be part of a fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia, representing a huge array of life experiences, skills, and ways of thinking. Requirements:
- A qualification in Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Osteopathy
- Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- A desire to problem-solve with the confidence to be innovative, use your initiative, and achieve results
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle
