About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at JRM Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience running a section in a high-volume kitchen
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment
- Hatted or notable restaurant experience preferred
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery
- A true passion for hospitality and excellence
- Availability to work day/and or evening shifts across a 7-day roster
