Flexible Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team on a casual basis. As a flexible educator, you will be responsible for supporting our centres and children in a variety of settings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engaging and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and policies

You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment with access to comprehensive induction and training programs, as well as professional development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant early childhood qualification
  • Ability to travel between services
  • Flexibility to work varying hours between Monday and Friday
