Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art rPET recycling facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Participate in company training programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to resolve WHSE, quality, and maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Current Forklift License
- Experience in operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Experience in loading/unloading trucks
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Store person, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely, effectively, and productively
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Superior communication skills
