**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People & Culture Advisor to join our team in Kew. This role will provide generalist operational People and Culture support to the retail network, working closely with senior managers to develop and implement consistent and commercial solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys change and can bring a fresh approach to their work.

Job Responsibilities:

As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing coaching and guidance to people leaders, supporting performance development, talent management, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management, and wellbeing.
  • Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintaining strong business partnerships with stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of generalist HR experience.
  • Impressive relationship building skills, with the ability to forge, maintain, and foster strong working relationships across diverse client groups.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people development.
  • Extremely high attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Advanced PC skills, including Excel and Word, with a highly analytical mind.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills.
