We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Employment Coach. This role plays a vital part in supporting people with disability into employment that brings them fulfillment and purpose.
This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As a Senior Employment Coach, you will work closely with our team to provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure positive outcomes for individuals with complex barriers.
- Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a proven track record of supporting people with disability into employment.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with complex barriers, and the ability to deliver tailored, person-centered support.
- A natural ability to mentor and guide others, with experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development.
- Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs that lead to successful outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with individuals, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
