Property Management Professional

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Professional to join our team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to valued clients with the assistance of a Leasing Officer and offshore Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties
  • Oversee all aspects of property management from leasing to maintenance
  • Support the Leasing Officer and collaborate with offshore colleagues
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in property management
  • Strong communication skills with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Confident managing a portfolio autonomously
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays if required
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Property Tree or Inspection Express
  • Must hold a current Agent's Rep Certificate and reliable vehicle
