ARG is a 'service-oriented' project sales agency working closely with many professional service organisations across Australia. We provide an "end to end" experience for our partners with sales advisory, stock support, contracts, handover support, and property management. ARG Property Management was established as a boutique, service-focused management business to complement our national sales brand.
Our primary focus is on brand new properties across Australia. We work closely with builders, developers, and professional selling partners. ARG is not a typical competitive real estate office; we have a strong focus on long-term relationships with our team members, external selling partners, owners, and tenants.
Who are we looking for?
Most of ARG's sales volume is to investors, and as a result, we have experienced exponential growth in the management business. ARG Property Management is searching for the next superstar to join our growing family as we expand into Victoria.
We are currently seeking an energetic Melbourne-based Senior Property Manager to join the team.
The Role

Ideally suited to an experienced self-starter seeking flexible work arrangements, this role offers an opportunity for career progression to represent, lead, and grow the ARG Property Management Victoria brand.
Reporting directly to the head of ARG Property Management in Qld, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily end-to-end portfolio management, including arrears, owner and tenant communication, maintenance and repairs, entries and exits, routines, etc. All supported by the latest technology in the industry No BDM work is required unless to further enhance your service levels.
About You
We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious team player with a genuine love for Property Management and, more importantly…people. The following would also help:
- A current Agents Representative or Real Estate Licence is preferred.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Property Manager is preferred but not essential.
- ARG is a leader in using technology and innovation (do we even have a filing cabinet in the office??). The ideal candidate will have solid working knowledge of current real estate programs including PropertyMe, IRE, HubSpot CRM, etc.
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure first-class customer service.
