The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team working in a permanent part-time capacity (2 or 3 days a week). With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, you will work with a range of clients, both in residential aged care and community settings, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately to help them live their best lives.
- Residential aged care facilities: develop, implement, and manage group and 1:1 exercise programs
- Private services: support individuals with self-identified needs
- Rehabilitation in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery
- Hospital-in-the-home program: support clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries
- Home Care Package clients: support those in our community who wish to remain independent at home
You are a fully registered Physiotherapist, with a minimum 2 years' experience, ideally with experience in a community setting and are comfortable working independently. As a mobile Community Physio (with your own vehicle, kilometre reimbursement provided), you have a patient-centred approach and are passionate about better health.
