Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring rehabilitation services. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

The ideal candidate will possess current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care within a dynamic and supportive environment.
