We are looking for an experienced DevOps and Microsoft Teams engineer to play a key role in streamlining our Agile workflows and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require the design and implementation of integration solutions between Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and automation.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient code flow with Teams notifications for critical statuses.
  • This position involves developing Teams Bots, Messaging Extensions or Tabs to display Azure DevOps data (Work Items/Boards).
  • We need someone to configure automatic sync between Teams channels and Azure DevOps (e.g., PR alerts, build failure notifications).
  • Maintenance of Azure DevOps security roles and Teams membership synchronization is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will document solutions and train development teams on tool usage.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Teams integration with proven automation cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling support.
  • PREFERRED: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ-400 DevOps or MS-600 Teams Development) and .NET/Python development skills for custom extensions.
