Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and optimise integration solutions that enhance collaboration, automation, and productivity across development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement integration solutions between Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams to improve collaboration and automation.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (Build/Release), ensuring efficient code flow, with Teams notifications for critical statuses.
  • Develop Teams Bots, Messaging Extensions, or Tabs to display Azure DevOps data (Work Items/Boards).
  • Configure automatic sync between Teams channels and Azure DevOps (e.g., PR alerts, build failure notifications).
  • Maintain Azure DevOps security roles and Teams membership synchronization.
  • Document solutions and train development teams on tool usage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years in DevOps or Teams integration with proven automation cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling support.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ-400 DevOps or MS-600 Teams Development) and .NET/Python development skills for custom extensions.
