Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Pipeline Manager. This is a full-time permanent role that offers a dynamic and flexible work environment.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years' experience in pipeline design or integrity management, preferably in Oil & Gas or Slurry pipelines;
  • Chartered Status with Engineers Australia, or equivalent (preferred);
  • Proven experience in pipeline design including concept development, FEED, and detail design phases, as well as Operations and Maintenance to Australian Standard AS2885;
  • Good understanding of relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards, and codes related to the pipeline industry;
  • Proven management experience;
  • High safety awareness;
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients to build trusting and positive relationships;
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, team, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring team members are engaged in our company's values;
  • Ensuring team members are kept safe when working by making sure they know and follow all relevant HSE policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Leading by example to demonstrate our focus on HSE to the team and customers;
  • Ensuring team members clearly understand the business priorities and challenges and have documented objectives;
  • Ensuring all work meets the customer's needs, including quality and schedule, while demonstrating responsiveness and agility;
  • Ensuring designs comply with all relevant regulations and technical standards;
  • Driving innovation by encouraging team members to identify improved processes/methods/tools;
  • Monitoring single discipline project performance;
  • Contributing to proposals and tenders;
  • Providing technical support in the Engineering and Design processes for pipelines;
  • Participating in the Business Unit Leadership Team to positively contribute to the overall benefit of the Business Unit.
