About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Pipeline Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining pipelines for various projects.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing engineering work on onshore and offshore pipeline systems. You will use your knowledge of design codes and software to ensure that all designs meet the required standards.

You will also prepare detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures. Your ability to communicate complex issues clearly and establish understanding is essential.

A successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of many design techniques and analysis methods, as well as detailed knowledge of content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering work on onshore and offshore pipeline systems;
  • Prepare detailed design calculations and analyses;
  • Communicate complex issues clearly;
  • Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations;
  • Ensure all designs meet required standards;
  • Capture lessons learned and enter into Lessons Learned system;
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-15 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a major contractor or consultant predominantly performing detail design;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's degree is preferred);
  • Strong working knowledge of many design techniques and analysis methods;
  • Detailed knowledge of content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
