We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role is responsible for managing debtor relationships and ensuring timely payment from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily validation and actioning of invoices
- Daily receipting of payments
- Daily credit card reconciliation
- Monthly petty cash reconciliation
- Liaising with internal and external customers regarding their accounts
- A Finance or Business qualification, with a minimum of 12 months experience working in an accounts environment using computer-based systems
- A talent for all things finance, and an ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Analytical skills, with an eye for detail and proven problem-solving skills
- The ability to plan, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- A current National criminal history check
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
