Primary School Leader Job Description:

The role of a Primary School Leader is pivotal in shaping the educational landscape of young minds. Effective leadership and management skills are essential to foster a conducive learning environment that nurtures the growth and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead, manage and motivate teachers and staff to deliver high-quality education. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing teaching programs, managing classroom activities, and promoting student engagement and participation.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Primary School Leader will also oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of four years full-time tertiary study leading to a recognised school teaching qualification
  • Current full teaching registration with the relevant authority
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 registration
