This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical nurse with expertise in infection prevention and management to join our healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering specialist clinical expertise in infection prevention and management to support safe care and service outcomes
- Supporting quality improvement, research, and innovation initiatives to strengthen infection prevention and control practices
- Contributing to the effective coordination of staff, systems, and resources to ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to prevent and manage infections
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital-acquired infections
- Contribute to the development and review of infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills in infection prevention and control
- Well-developed leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships
