Our Regional Teams Deliver Exceptional Service
We're seeking skilled physiotherapists to join our team in servicing residential aged care sites. As a physiotherapist working in residential aged care, you'll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one reablement therapy to support residents' independence and well-being
- Collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans and goals
- Conduct mobility and functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs

Requirements:
