Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities? Do you want to work in a purpose-driven role where your skills can truly shine?

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team in Residential Aged Care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people by delivering high-quality reablement therapy and collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one reablement therapy to residents
  • Conduct mobility and functional assessments
  • Develop and implement restorative therapy programs
  • Collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans
  • Participate in falls prevention and pressure care initiatives

Requirements:

  • Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
  • Drivers' license and willingness to travel around a dedicated region
