About the Role

Pambula Mitre 10 is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their team. This generalist role involves a wide range of tasks, including working in the trade yard and trade counter.

The successful candidate will be offered a full-time position working across a Monday to Friday roster with occasional Saturday shifts. They will provide excellent customer service, be motivated, and work in an unsupervised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the health and safety of all staff, customers, and contractors
  • Provide friendly and accurate service to Trade customers
  • Complete sales using the Point of Sale System
  • Manage stock control within your area of the business
  • Pick orders for delivery trucks
  • Put away stock in line with merchandising standards

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Previous building or trade experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Physical fitness to be on your feet all day
  • Eye for detail and sense of urgency
  • Forklift license advantageous but not essential
