Customer Service Representative

About the Role
Pambula Mitre 10 is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their team. This generalist role involves a wide range of tasks, including working in the trade yard and trade counter.
The successful candidate will work a full-time Monday to Friday roster with occasional Saturday shifts. They will provide excellent customer service, be motivated, and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health and safety of all staff, customers, and contractors
- Provide friendly and accurate service to trade customers
- Complete sales using the Point of Sale System
- Manage stock control within their area of the business
- Pick orders for delivery trucks
- Put away stock in line with merchandising standards
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Previous building or trade experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Physical fitness to be on feet all day
- Eye for detail and sense of urgency
- Forklift license advantageous but not essential
