HR Generalist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a professional and driven HR Generalist. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Team Member Relations programs, communication and team engagement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of Team Member Relations policies, documents and practices that align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless team member experience.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Team Member Relations policies, documents and practices that align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Promote and align with company values, policies and team member conduct standards.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers and the broader People & Culture team.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our managers and team members to implement initiatives that support growth, organisational change and a thriving workplace culture.

You will be required to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

In return, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
