The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in scoping, mapping, and translating customer data requirements into tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with Decidr's platform.

You'll have experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech company and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers will be essential in ensuring that business goals are met through smart, scalable AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand and scope out their data assets and requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Data Mapping: Analyse customer data and design the appropriate data mapping strategies that link their data sources with Decidr's AI solutions
  • Solution Design: Develop solution architectures that integrate customer systems and datasets with Decidr.ai's AI platform, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Technical & Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with both commercial and technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are met in a cost-effective and technically sound manner.
  • AI Integration: Guide the implementation of AI solutions, working alongside engineers and data scientists to customise AI models that deliver actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions being delivered.
  • BDM: Be involved in business development discussions directly at the customer level to help land new customers. Develop ideas and processes that can be applied to a range of prospects in different verticals. Be the technical asset that helps the sale process.
