Empower Children's Lives as a Disability Support Worker

We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at Kinder Souls, a registered NDIS provider dedicated to helping children with autism thrive. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing care and support to kids aged 6-16, enabling them to participate in various fun activities.

About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to become a role model and give back to the community. Our ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn and engage with new strategies, adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate patience and sympathy. Previous experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a supportive companion for children with autism, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement engaging activities that cater to each child's unique needs and interests.
Requirements
  • Driver's licence (P2 or above) and access to own vehicle.
  • Working with Children Check & NDIS check (required for employment).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
