The Royal Flying Doctor Service is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Ambulance Transport Attendants to join our team in Morwell. As a key member of our Mobile Patient Care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and interventions on-road to ensure the highest level of care.
- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment during on-road transport, adhering to RFDS MPC guidelines and NEPT regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assess the effectiveness of interventions and provide feedback to improve patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless patient care and transportation services.
- Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in the Non-Emergency Patient Transport sector (desirable but not essential).
- Full Victorian Driver's License and ability to drive in city and country traffic conditions.
- Availability to work a 7-day, 24-hour roster.
