We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical and programmatic support to government agencies for all lab activities, including advising on operational efficiencies and evaluating impacts to site architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lab Activity Programmatic Support: Providing technical and programmatic support to the government for all lab activities.
  • Technological Subject Matter Expertise: Providing subject matter expertise to customer leadership on emerging technologies and initiatives related to space systems capabilities.
  • Lab Initiatives: Advising customer and enterprise leadership on efficacy of planned lab initiatives, including cost, schedule, performance, risk, and opportunities.
  • Operational Efficiencies Advisement: Advising customer leadership on operational efficiencies, including systematic and innovative allocation of limited resources.
  • Evaluating Impacts: Representing customer in evaluating impacts to site architecture driven by capability changes and customer decisions.
Qualifications
  • Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) or relevant field, and nine (9) years relevant experience; Masters in STEM or relevant field, and seven (7) years relevant experience.
  • Systems Engineering: At least seven (7) years of hands-on systems engineering experience, including preparation of necessary system engineering artifacts.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated expertise across full systems engineering lifecycle and project management.
  • Gathering and Identifying Requirements: Experience gathering and identifying actionable requirements for new capabilities.
  • Array of Operations: Familiar with DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile development, and AI; Digital Engineering/Model Based Systems Engineering and associated tools.
  • Communication: Polished communicator (written/verbal); impeccable interpersonal skills and personal judgment; confident presenting analysis and recommendations to all levels of government.
