Job Title: Senior Property Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Services Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Operations and Engineering team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of operational aspects of our properties, including the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise weekend works to ensure critical services are maintained during extended operating hours
  • Manage site contractors and operational staff to oversee ongoing maintenance and refinements to building operations
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase scope and consider social and community impacts, energy, water, and waste
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations, Engineering, and Sustainability to achieve team goals
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the National Operations Team
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial property operations, facilities, and building services management
  • Delivered large capital projects in A-Grade commercial towers
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
  • Sound understanding of technical aspects of property, including Central Plant systems, Fire Protection systems, and Lift Systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
