
Leading Speech Language Pathologist

This role is part of a statewide team supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing across Queensland.
The successful candidate will provide high-level clinical expertise in the delivery of speech language pathology services to schools and regions.
- Conduct assessments with students using Auslan as their primary mode of communication.
- Develop training programs for educators and other professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in strategic planning at a school and state level.
- Maintain currency of knowledge and skills related to speech language pathology services in education.
This is a unique chance to contribute to a specialist team delivering high-impact support to improve student outcomes.
You will work closely with educators, families, and professionals to ensure equitable access to learning for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Requirements- Proficiency in Auslan.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and delivering therapy for students using Auslan as their primary mode of communication.
