Customer Resolution Specialist

At Allianz Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in accordance with external dispute guidelines and policies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in external dispute resolution within the General Insurance industry, as well as a strong understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice and AFCA's Rules. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to negotiate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Claims, Legal, Underwriting, Product, Risk and Compliance teams, to ensure that complaints are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will develop and implement solutions to resolve customer complaints, including compensation and process improvements.
