Job Opportunity

You will work as a Support Officer for a Community Services Faculty, providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Faculty.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Director of Faculty.
  • Manage the preparation and flow of correspondence and other documentation for the Director of Faculty.
  • Research, prepare, coordinate and disseminate information and documentation for meetings and diary appointments.
  • Develop, initiate, coordinate and maintain effective procedures and systems to ensure the provision of effective support services to the Faculty.
  • Ensure day-to-day activities align with business operations.
  • Contribute to improvement in business processes and practices.
  • Model and promote an ethical and safe work environment that supports a culture of zero harm and best practice regarding health, safety, wellness and sustainability.

  • High standard in provision of prompt and professional service to clients.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise tact, discretion, initiative and sound judgement.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
