About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Operations Director to lead our daily operations, drive growth, and take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and streamlined processes.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in senior roles within the equipment rental industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong operational and commercial background, with expertise in leadership, team building, and customer relations.
  • Proven ability to make decisions independently and drive business growth, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
