Job Title: Business Operations Director

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Director to lead and drive performance across our concrete operations.

  • Lead and develop production teams across concrete operations, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to optimise performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Manage cost controls, quality, and operational KPIs to ensure financial stability and success.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, including a 5-year capital plan to drive growth and expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership experience in heavy industry or concrete/aggregates operations.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, environmental protocols, and quality management systems.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related discipline.
