This is a leadership role that requires experience in leading operational teams in OOSH, childcare, education or community services. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and develop a team of Services Managers, support them to thrive in their roles, and guide them through coaching and performance feedback.
About the Role
The Executive Manager, Service Delivery will lead and support frontline operational leaders—our Services Managers—who oversee clusters of up to 8 OOSH services each. They will work closely with each Services Manager to grow their leadership capability, support service quality and family experience, and ensure our operational strategy is executed with care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Services Managers and other staff
* Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development pathways
* Build a culture of connection, accountability, and shared purpose across dispersed teams
* Collaborate with support teams (enrolments, staffing, inclusion, compliance) to ensure service teams are set up for success
* Partner with schools and community stakeholders to strengthen trust and engagement
* Report on service performance and contribute to strategic planning as part of the Executive Team
* Champion TASK's culture, values and commitment to quality across every service
About You
The ideal candidate will be a confident and empathetic leader, known for bringing out the best in people. They will have experience leading operational teams, love building teams, solving problems, and striving for greatness. They should be a clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills and comfortable managing performance, mentoring leaders, and coaching through challenges.
