The opportunity
As the Senior Manager Leadership Development, you'll design and deliver experiences that elevate leadership capability, support our strategic goals and drive enterprise wide performance.
Your new role
Working at the intersection of human-centred design, business strategy, and learning technology, you'll turn development needs into inspiring and flexible leadership development experiences.
Your expertise in adult development and leadership growth will be critical in driving enterprise-wide impact.
- Design innovative, end-to-end leadership development experiences for new to mid career leaders across the organisation
- Champion human-centred and design thinking to create inclusive, relevant, and inspiring learning experiences
- Apply expertise in adult learning, behavioural science, and leadership theory to shape high-impact programs
- Blend digital, in-person, coaching, and peer learning to meet diverse learner needs
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align development with real-world business challenges
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure solutions are adaptable and scalable across business units and geographies
- Continuously evolve design practices based on feedback, data, and emerging trends in learning technology and leadership development
About you
- Expertise in leadership development, learning design, and experience strategy
- Proven success applying design thinking and adult learning principles in complex environments
- Deep knowledge of leadership frameworks and behavioural change models
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across functions and geographies
- Agility in navigating ambiguity and designing for scale and impact
- Familiarity with cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms
