Lead On-Site Operations as a Key Member of Our Construction Team

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities. This includes ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control and lead onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Issue directives to correct defective works and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute work according to established timelines.
  • Proactively resolve build issues and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain high standards of finish and ensure defect-free handovers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Implement and maintain Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor managing Class 1 buildings.
  • Industry experience with significant exposure to trades, suppliers, and clients.
  • General Construction Induction course / White card (mandatory).
  • Current First Aid training.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills.
