Job Title

Responsible for leading site operations, supervising teams and ensuring timely delivery of residential projects.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position where you will oversee project planning, resource allocation and manage client expectations.

You will work closely with developers, suppliers and trades to ensure smooth project execution and maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor supervisors across a single-site project
  • Oversee site operations, scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
  • Build strong relationships with developers, suppliers and trades
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a construction manager or senior supervisor
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to spec
  • Trade background preferably in carpentry with relevant certifications
  • Valid driver's licence
